Statement von Jerry Meehan (Robbie Williams Band)
Having listened to this year’s Song Challenge entries alongside my production team, we were absolutely blown away by the outstanding quality across the board. The talent, creativity, and range of genres made the selection process incredibly difficult, and every applicant should be immensely proud of the songs they submitted.
We are thrilled to congratulate Sofia Reyna, the winner of the 2025 Song Challenge, for her incredible track ‘Going Under’. The songwriting, lyrics, and production were exceptional, and we’re excited to follow her journey as her career unfolds.
We’re also excited to announce that the artist we’ve chosen to produce is Corena. Her track ‘Body’ stood out as a strong, modern pop song with great commercial potential. Corena’s efforts in building her social media presence show a great understanding of today’s music industry, and we look forward to collaborating with her to help her reach the next level.
It’s been an honour to be part of this year’s contest. To all applicants—please keep writing and creating. Your talent is truly inspiring, and we can’t wait to hear what you come up with next year.
